Training and Placement Department

The Training and Placement Cell is to provide technical training to give hands on experience of the actual work environment which helps the GSMCOP students to identify the necessary soft skills. Also Moze Group College organizes Campus Drives to the students. The Training and Placement Cell conducts training sessions in the college throughout the year, organizes seminars,webinars,Internship, provide exposure to personality development skill to the students, industrial visits, orientation programmes, personal counselling by the professionals, industry-institute interactions, etcwhich has resulted into dramatic placements in the reputed pharmaceutical industry.

Objectives

• The Training and Placement Office (TPO) in educational institutions is a key department responsible for facilitating students’ transition from academic life to professional careers.To arrange guest sessions of industrial and academic experts to update and upgrade learners with hands on experience in the wake of ever changing dimensions of professionalism.
• Organizing campus recruitment drives to connect students with companies.
• Facilitating internships and full-time job placements.

• To arrange guest lectures and training sessions of alumni who are placed in reputed industries to inspire and motivate the aspiring learners.
• To make concerted and consistent efforts to enhance employability through campus placements.
• Assisting in student documentation like resumes 
• Organizing industry visits, seminars, and workshops for students.
• Providing career counselling to help students choose the right career path. Informing students about industry trends, opportunities, and future prospects.
